Which store should I be using?
To ensure we prioritise cost and sustainability we are operating three stores, one for the Americas region and one for the EMEA and APAC and one exclusively for the India region. From our central page, please select the store based on where you plan to ship the item to. E.g. if you are based in Germany and purchasing for yourself, please use the international store. If you are based in Germany and purchasing for a colleague based in the US, please use the Americas store. All employees will still be able to maintain access to all three stores.
Who can purchase from the Strada Store?
The Strada Store is exclusively for Strada employees.
Will more items be added to the store?
Yes! We’re excited to launch the store with items that have been highly requested, and those that we know are popular. As we gather feedback on the items, their quality, pricing, durability, and functionality, as well as additional items you would like to see, we will expand the range of products offered.
Does the store ship globally?
Yes! We currently have an inventory warehouse in the US, Netherlands and UK that will ship globally.
Do I need to create an account?
As the store is reserved for the use of Strada employees only, all employees will need to create an account using their Strada email address before accessing the store.
Are taxes already included in the price?
Yes, all taxes and customs charges are already accounted for in the item price. The only cost added at checkout will be the shipping charge.
Can I buy a gift voucher?

Do new employees receive a welcome kit?
We are excited to share that starting January 1st, 2025 all new Strada employees will receive a welcome kit. The kit will include a backpack, water bottle, notepad, pen, and welcome note. This is an exciting development for Strada as a brand and we are delighted to offer this as a new 2025 initiative to generate additional excitement for new employees.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We have worked very closely with a network of shipping couriers in order to get the most competitive and lowest possible pricing on shipping.
Due to various factors such as distance, fuel required for the shipment, weight of the parcel, and making sure parcels are sent in the right classification (tracking included) etc. these are the most cost effective prices we can provide while still offering the best shipping experience for the recipient.
The price for European shipping is broken down into 3 category tiers:
Base tier - 9€
This is for lightweight items such as pens, stickers, socks and keyrings.
Mid-weight tier - 13€
This is for heavier items like mugs and bottles, hoodies, or a mix of the base tier items in addition to one heavier item. This covers most orders.
Heavy-weight tier - 15€
This is for larger and bulkier items such as backpacks, etc. This would often only be needed in cases where the recipient is buying many items requiring a larger box and therefore having a heavier weight. For example, this would be a parcel containing a mug, bottle, hoodie, backpack, and notebook.
The price for Rest of World shipping is:
Base tier - £8.15
This is for lightweight items such as pens, stickers, socks and keyrings.
Heavy-weight tier - £16.97
This is for larger and bulkier items such as backpacks, etc. This would often only be needed in cases where the recipient is buying many items requiring a larger box and therefore having a heavier weight. For example, this would be a parcel containing a mug, bottle, hoodie, backpack, and notebook.

Can I use multiple vouchers at once?
The team is happy for employees to use multiple vouchers at a time. However, please note orders can not exceed £100/€120 due to tax and duties thresholds in countries.
If an order is placed that exceeds £100/€120 please note the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method(s).
The order can then be placed again below the £100/€120 threshold.
